The last thing Floyd said in his latest interviews is that the fight's on if this dude does the full random testing. Team Pac insists on trying to set a cut off. Now it's a week they won't budge on.

Pacquiao's last 3 fights (Not counting Shane, were non-GBP fights)

Once he beat Hatton and started considering moving up to WW, Arum has protected Pacquiao with stable fighters, or fighters not under GBP.

The Marquez fight will happen, once his contract with GBP ends this year. Hence the reason Koncz said "The fight isn't signed yet"
