YES, I have heard that the actual HOF is very very very small...and that the only time u want to make the trip is induction weekend...

Partly true. Induction weekend is their big deal event but if you go any other time, it's nice and quiet and you will have the whole museum (and the friendly staff) all to yourself. The first time I ever went there was just a random weekday in the middle of the winter on my way from Boston to Fort Drum. It was awesome. Ed Brophy was awesome to talk to, and he let me handle some old classic championship belts. That was like January 1997, then I went for induction weekend in 1997 and again in 2003.

Yes, very true. Its an amazing 4 days but only once a year.
