The key word is Random. We've been over this a thousand times.
The fact that USADA can come anytime they want(with no cut off dates)
makes the test work.

Who is gonna dope when they know USADA may come any second?

From DAY 1: PACQUIAO/ARUM OFFERED TO TAKE ALL TESTS THE COMMISSION WOULD IMPLY IF IT WAS PETITIONED.

Ward has advocated for this kind of testing in the past. I made a thread about it.

and why wouldn't he.....he was subject to it when he won that gold medal. Any sensible and clean fighter is more than likely going to love the idea of OST. Their reasoning is simple, i'm clean and anything that ensures the guys i fight are clean is good for me.
