Why? Pacquiao has no problem taking the tests. He clearly has a problem with being called a cheater, and THEN being bullied in to taking the tests by an insecure, semi-******ed PBF. If the commission decides to make olympic style testing mandatory, then Pacquiao would have no problem with it. He has already stated as much.
