Ward isn't in a position to. But his statement says it all.

Ward is jumping on the bandwagon. Must have been ignored as a great fighter he thinks he is. Poor little ward. Just like your brother mayweather, record it and hit PLAY the next time you have a chance to be interviewed.

            *cough* PETITION *cough*

GL: As of now have any petitions been filed?

            KK: "No."

GL: Have the Mayweather people indicated that they will be filing one?

KK: "No. I've talke to Leonard Ellerbe a couple of times over the last couple of weeks and they were very positive conversations. He's always been a professional with us and nothing has changed in that regard. Whether or not he or Mr. Schaefer or anybody else on the Mayweather side of the fight would file something, you have to ask them."

As far as the NSAC is concerned. Uh they Suck...............

They did a great job catching Mosley when he fought Oscar the second time didn't they? Yeah the same NSAC that Roach said could never detect HGH in their test.
              WOW
Damn Duran was on roids then

I agree the NSAC testing is incompetent. But, what Pac has done and the way he has done has been done before. Him getting KO'd as drain fighter at the age of 19yrs old man to beating WWs is nothing su****ious.

What makes Pac su****ious is the way they acted and the lies they threw out there after originally "agreeing" to the test.

all this bull about being weak after a test is just that,bull...it's an excuse, people who donate blood and it's a lot most don't even feel weak and if they do it's only a little and feel better within hours...and i'm talking blood donations which is a lot more blood taken from your body, this test is very little...

How much blood is taken — won't it make me weak?
A blood donation equals approximately one pint of blood. The average adult body has 10-12 pints. The vast majority of people will not feel any different because of the donation. A very small percentage may experience temporary dizziness, but some rest and fluids will help you feel better quickly. Your body will replace the lost fluid within 24 hours.

and this is talking about a lot of blood, not like what would be taken for testing in boxing..nothing but excuses from pac

back to ward's statement,i agree with him,it should be done for every championship fight

Come with it. Inquiring minds want to know.

So what am I missing? How is Ward "taking Mayweather's side"? I'm guessing that you are too dense to understand this....
                      The difference is this...............

Andre Ward: Key words are (SHOULD) BE MANDATORY
Manny Pacquiao: Key words are (IF) MANDATED BY THE BOXING COMMISSION.

If the commission mandates testing then every fighter would be obligated.
Manny wouldn't be doing anything special.

Now if Pacquaio comes out and says that there should be olympic style testing, then that would be saying alot.

                      But nope. Pacquaio said IF.
