Why do Pac the one who needs to compromise? I dont get it? Pacquiao went to welter the hard way. If these bums want a fair fight why not to go where Manny is and chase him whichever way comfortable to them. Manny wont go back down to 135 or two weight higher thats absurd. You may not like it but Manny wont risk his health just to prove what his already proven. Floyd is doing the same thing the difference is Floyd is doing it on his couch. It should read "Pacquiao-Martinez: Arum feels Martinez is a young 36, too skilled, too good".

I like the idea of Pac-Martinez, but Arum is right, the weight difference is too much.. Martinez could not make to 150lbs, or much more to 147lbs to fight Pac on his domain in order to avoid stalemate on weight in negotiation. But the fact, martinez would not do it at 150lbs and below of course, bec. of his big weight. Yes, Pac won the WBC JMW but look where he was, he was WW fighting a JMW for JMW title, and though he won the title, he could not go continue fighting JMW fighters just that if he loves his well-being.. because there's always reasons for the weight divisions!

But IMHO, if Pac and Martinez were only in the same weight divisions and both on their best forms.. Pac will ripped Martinez apart. For me, Martinez is just an over-hyped fighter since he defeated Paul Williams!
