He's willing to go down to a weight-class were both one "titles" in. So there is nothing wrong with what Martinez is doing. He shouldn't get no hate for this.

    However, both Floyd and Pac have absolutely every right to say "thanks, but no thanks." They're not campeigning at 154. That's not their division. It was known that both fighters would do a one and done deal at 154 and go back and campaign at 147 a more natural weight-class for both. And, this was known before Martinez KO'd P-Will. So them not wanting to fight Martinez at a weight-class they didn't feel comfortable in and absolutely fine. And, it's not a duck in my book. And, I don't see how anybody could call it a duck.

    Saying all that if either Floyd or Pac have one fight at 154 or above and is not against Martinez then you can call one or the other a duck. Until that day though everybody who's *****ing for either side can eat a dick and STFU.

      I agree with what your'e saying but it's a bad comparison. On fight night Jmm and Pac will be within a few pounds of each other, On fight night Sergio would be 25+ lbs more than Pac. The worst thing Manny ever did was win a bogus Jr Middle title in a division where he cannot physically compete in, he opened the door to the criticism and now Arum is left deflecting the attention.

        Martinez has every right to call both of them out.

          Martinez is calling out a JMW title holder. Excuses of HOW Pac got it is irreverent. Facts are facts. Pac = a JMW title holder. I believe that Pac allows announcers and media to say Pac is "former JMW champion".... Martinez is a (career) former JMW champion. His size has nothing to do with it.

          Team Pac fought Margarito at JMW, Margarito who beat Martinez. Margarito who is taller than Martinez. Margarito who out-weighted Pac by what 16-17lbs? Its not about size, its about WHO the fighter is. They hand select certain fighters at certain weight classes at certain weights.

          I remember when Mayweather Pac was first mentioned, Team Pac initially only wanted to fight Floyd at 142-143 lbs.... lol They wont even fight a LW in JMM at that weight! Again, its not about size its about WHO the fighter is = hand selecting certain fighters at certain weight classes at certain weights.

                    I agree 100%, good post man.

                    1.) "there is nothing wrong with what Martinez is doing. He shouldn't get no hate for this"

                    2.) "Floyd and Pac have absolutely every right to say "thanks, but no thanks." They're not campeigning at 154. That's not their division"

                    3.) "Saying all that if either Floyd or Pac have one fight at 154 or above and is not against Martinez then you can call one or the other a duck"

                    But come on, you can see why everybody climbs all over Pac when it comes to his phenomenal JMW campaign

                    Keywords.....
                    * vacant
                    * catch-weight
                    * welterweight BUM
                    * 8oz gloves

                    Pac proudly proclaims that he is the GOAT because he is an 8-division titlist.

                    He can either.....
                    * cut with the fkn rubbish, and dump that ****ty belt in the bin
                    * man up and fight Sergio
