Zab Judah would be Pacquiao's toughest fight since Marquez. Now that he as Pernell Whitaker in his corner he now a smarter defensive fighter. Pacquiao could not hit Mosley at will and would have a lot more trouble with a younger, faster Judah.

I also think it would be a good match-up. As long as Judah can decently handle Manny's power and speed, he has plenty to dish out in return. I'm for it happening

Pac/Marquez III is the best fight, but it may not be the most financially lucrative.

Pacquiao/Marquez III would outsell Judah and Bradley.
