Dr Dre and Em on Pac vs Mosley "song"

Just to be clear, you are saying that Dre and them wrote the song SPECIFICALLY for this fight? If that's what you're saying, you need to provide a source on that, because this is the first I've heard of it.

It was debuted on the show, so it would get maximum exposure, plus it cross promotes the fight and the song. At NO POINT has it been said that the song was specifically for this fight, and that Dre/Em thought it was going to be a barnburner and wrote this song to voice that.

The song was done in advance of this fight, and from what I understand it has NOT been dropped from Detox.

As I said, I could be wrong on that, but unless you have a source....

No I'm not saying it was wrote for the fight. I heard it before the fight happened aswell. I m saying that i didn't like the fact that it was made with Mosley and Pac in it. The point was people believed that the fight was going to be great when everyone said post Mayweather fight, Shane was done including Bob. Nothing changed but Bobs mind.

So be pissed off at Arum, be pissed off at Manny and Shane. No reason to drag the song into it. that's like me being pissed off at an artist, because they're song was in a movie that ******.

You seem to be inferring, whether you mean to or not, that somehow Dre/Em bought into the idea of this being a great fight, and that's why they gave the song to them to use during the show.

I don't think that's the case, I think it's more a situation of them seeing that the buildup show will get a lot of attention, and they used THAT instance to premiere the song.

Not sure where you heard it before that, because everyone I know online was waiting for that show because they had heard that the song would premiere during it. Meaning that it had not leaked out beforehand.

I heard it online a day or so before the fight. I don't remember where.

Anyway I don't blame Dre or Em its more of them putting garbage on there track because they believed in the hype that was false. Anyway Dre and Em's music is better than that.... The way I see it is, how can so many people jump ship about Mosley when fighting Mayweather and then get all hyped a year later when Pac "selects" to fight Mosley? It goes back to the song, WHY would anyone market the fight? It was garbage like everyone said it would be back in 2010 after Floyd beat Mosley.

Its whatever, i'm still looking forward to the detox.
