Where are the AA boxing fans ?

Last night's fight was a good example of the disappearing AA fans support for the black fighter. There were more Armenians in the crowd than AAs cheering for SOG. Chris Arreola seemed to have more fans in the crowd as well

The last time I saw a great turnout of AAs was during the Judah-Wifebeater fight, where it was clearly obvious that it was predominantly a black crowd. But those times are few and far between. Hell, even Wifebeater fights lately haven't really been alot of blacks.

Prior to the Wifebeater-Judah fight. I would have to go all the way back to the 90's where there was a huge turnout of AA fans, and that was the Rid**** Bowe-Golota fight.

I really am curious for their low visibility at the fights. I mean, there's a number of terrific AA fighters out there today, but they ain't gettin' the love like some of the other fighters from different ethnic groups.

I would say that the British fans are the most passionate fans.

I'm right here baby...but I'll give abdre his due. After rd 4, he put on a clinic. And, with minimal clinching on his part. Beautiful boxing

Nah, not a spent force. Just can't fight at a certain level.

Abraham has a powerful right hand and once the opponent takes that away he's done.

Its because who wants to watch some dude run around for 12 rounds clinching? Their own kind dont even come out, they have to give away tickets to fans and family for free. Then they cry and whine they dont get treated fairly when infact they get more advantage than anyone else. This fight needed to happen in Germany so the promoters couldve made some money, it wouldve done atleast 20k.

Until Black American Fighters stop running and lowblowin/headbutting and being lazy and doing the bare minimum nobody is going to go watch them fight.

Sure people say "oh they are tacticians". Well good for you but nobody cares about tacticians, Boxing is entertainment, if you want to see tacticians go to a chess match.

Theres a reason people flock to see Adamek,Hatton,Klitschko Brothers and all the Mexican fighters, its because they give people a show and put their hearts out. Until the Black American fighters start doing this then they will never have any of their own people supporting them. Why do you think people loved Tyson? Because he fought like a MAN. Not like a little boy running for 12 rounds trying to get the other guy disqualified with lowblows and headbutts.
