Yes Wlad was hugging alot but in a smart way like Big george said not to mention the height difference so that made it hard for Peter to hit him......Peter would crush Ruiz if he came with that ****.

I just like the way Peter fights too...did you see how he was just pushing Wlad around early in the fight...he is very physical with his opponents...also if you try to tie him up, he has the natural strength to pull and push himself out and then try to get back to work...but of course, Wlad is just so big so it made it a bit harder...

but he would have a field day with Ruiz...Ruiz is much smaller and just leans on his opponents...I think Peter would be too strong for him to pull that with...Ruiz fights more physical than Golata and is more termined...plus a much better chin...

He has definately been primed for a long, boring hug-a-thon with Ruiz. I thought he was fighting Ruiz for the longest, and then realized it was actually Wlad and his 'new' style. A real snorefest.

you're not going to see wlad fight like that against everyone... you will not see him clinchin byrd or toney like that...
