Even if manny agrees to it and mayweather then refuses to fight, at least people can look back and say that Pac agreed to the full test and it becomes documented history.
some people here are still on denial mode

History will be kind to Pac...

It is Floyd's legacy that will always be tainted with the words "Coward" and "Ducker"... This is sad, but will happen unless he finds courage to fight Pac. IMO

Well...and what they have to say about Robinson, Ali, Louis, Duran, Benitez, Tito, Chavez, Sweet Pea, Foreman, Tyson, Haggler, Leonard, because any of then took the ****** test of the chicken.

do you know what that is? its a whole year round process, it can be more/longer. how do you go about that? will they be starting to be tested one year before the fight? if they really is to believed pacquiao is on PEDS thats full olympic style drug test.

I can't help but laugh at the Pacquiao fan's ignorance. Let's take another look at another sport here, baseball:

Bary Bonds started hitting for huge power numbers after the age of 30, smashing records left and right. He never failed a drug test. YET, there is HUGE evidence that would suggest that he was on undetectable steroids, HGH, and even possibly EPO during the time that he broke these records.

So are you people going to tell me that it is completely out of the realm of possibility that Manny is on some type of performance enhancing drug? In particular, when one considers that the last time Manny lost a fight was when he got blood-tested? It seems a little too coincidental for my liking.

Shane Mosley never failed a drug test either, yet he admitted to a grand jury that he used EPO in 2003 prior the Oscar fight. Mosley was also linked to the BALCO labs raid.

So you see what I'm getting at here? I think we need stricter testing ALL THE WAY around. Not just for big fights, but for boxing in it's entirety.

Victor Conte and BALCO had developed drugs that were able to get around Olympic testing. Who's to say there isn't some new designer steroid out there that can't be detected? Or what about substances like HGH, or EPO which cannot be detected without a blood test?

Stricter testing in boxing? I'm all for it.

Everyone is for stricter testing in boxing. That's not the issue. But make it applicable to ALL fighters, not just the person whom you accused of using PEDs beforehand. And make the boxing commissions in charge of it.

Also, *****s again ignore the fact that Pacquiao ALREADY agreed to it. But Floyd is still on vacation.

I disagree.. In 10 years time Pac's recognition will be still be the same, one of the best boxers who fought..

If anything, it will be Floyd who will have a shadow lingering with him just like right now and will be remembered as a coward who had to use a drug test to duck Manny..

BULL****. Let's see it in writing. Just because Uncle Bob and Manny say it, doesn't mean it's true. I don't believe it until it's written into a contract, then Manny's ass will have no choice but to abide to the testing, or face a lawsuit.

Until then, I don't believe it. Guess what? I can say that I'm the richest man in the world. Does that mean it's true?

We need something written in stone to hold Manny accountable. Otherwise, him and Arum can lie until their teeth fall out (well maybe Bob's already have.) and people like you will eat it up.

Which is why the impression is that Floyd fans are not really interested in seeing this fight. You keep asking why Pac won't take the test. When he does you get butt hurt. Aren't you supposed to jump in jubilation and celebrate like drunken sailors now that you will have the chance to see your matinee idol beat the Pacman? And aren't you supposed to tell the good news to your Prince Floyd that Pac is accepting the test and that he needs to do something about it?

                    This ain't normal, dude.
