Mayweather is not one that I would include among the slick fighters. A slick fighter will let you know what he's doing and then hit you with something else. They are hard to hit yet they remain right there, in the red zone. A slick fighter will have you turned around while your punches are finding too little of a target as you're hit with a blow. Mayweather will not stand long in the red zone. His fighting is not slick. It's too defensive and playing stay away while stealing points to be considered slick. He is incredibly fast though...

The slickest fighter that I ever threw gloves with was Darrin Morris. He was trained by a class man in Earl Smith. Darrin would still be right there, then not there and back again with a shot that I didn't expect coming. The guy was slick. RIP Darrin, if Maywheather had half of your heart he'd stun the world............Rockin'
