Former three division champion Erik Morales has two proposals on the table from Golden Boy Promotions. One of them is a fight against British star Amir Khan, the current junior welterweight king of the World Boxing Association, and the other is a fight against American boxer Zab Judah, the current junior welterweight king of the IBF. Morales would prefer a rematch with Marcos Maidana, but the puncher from Argentina is asking for a hefty financial sum to face the Mexican boxer for a second time.

I like the Morales vs Judah fight! They're both similar in age and experience. Morales vs Khan could possibly be good, too; however, I think the youth and reach/taller would give Morales fits at this point in his career! Neither has the best chin in the world, though, which is obviously to Morales' favor!!!

So that big story I read in one of Dan Rafael's Friday notebooks about a fourth fight between Barrera and Morales being a pipe dream and it's not even going down? This is what I hate about reading boxing news. Lol.

Khan and Judah are both winnable fights for Morales I think if you want me to be honest. Even though Khan beat Maidana a little more convincingly than Morales did I thought Morales actually fought better and was never hurt in the fight.

Khan-Morales is a 50/50 fight. I'd favor Morales over Judah any day of the week. Judah sucks. And that's all there is to it. But Morales is at a point in his career of where he has nothing to prove.
