Comments Thread For: Roach on Pacquiao-Marquez, Bradley, Chavez-Zbik, More

On Friday night at Buffalo Bill's Casino in Primm, Nevada, lightweight contender Raymundo Beltran put forth a gutsy effort in falling just short to local prospect by way of Uganda, Sharif 'The Lion' Bogere via unanimous decision. Beltran was outclassed early before turning on the pressure late in taking command over the second half of the fight and winning over the crowd by bullying Bogere and appearing to hurt him on a few occasions down the stretch. I hope jmm brings his a game. Maybe I'm wrong but I really don't see him making it to round six.

Ummm..... well, he will not intentionally bring his B-game.

Do you maybe mean..... that you hope Marquez is not too old, and that you hope Marquez is not too disadvantaged at 145? And that you are praying for some kind of miracle that will help JMM perform above 135?

Is that what you meant ?

He meant JMM won't start running once he felt Pac's power.

He didn't in their previous two. That could be a good sign...

How could JMM be at a disadvantage when he is fighting an overrated hype job with no skills? Who has been fighting overrated old bums....

Let's hope he doesn't run after he feels his power, Pac is a totally different animal at WW. I just think he will make a short night of Marquez.(Too bad they couldn't fight at maybe 140).

jmm will knock out Pac cold in 6 rounds, this time around..

...and for good! jmm got Pac's numbers! not to mention jmm already beat Pac's a$$ down twice! jmm's too technical and Pac's a one dimensional. Pac's has beaten the "washed-up fighters" like GB,Hatton,Cotto,Clottey and Margarito! jmm is a lot better than these guys!
