This is an older article, predates this Floyd-Pac controversy but look at what it says about commission testing....

Very interesting......
"You don't take anabolic steroids or human growth hormone all the time," he pointed out. "You take them in a certain cycle in which you build muscle, build strength, build reflexes, and then you stop the cycle. So, with correct knowledge, someone shouldn't get caught."
Said Fainaru-Wada: "Knowledge is half the deal. If you know when you're going to be tested, that kind of defeats the purpose.
He added, "It does nothing to dissuade the notion of using. That was the joke about baseball for so long. Even when they announced, 'OK, we're going to start testing at spring training,' well, OK, everyone knew when they were going to be tested, so you just took until you knew it was going to be clear of your system, then you stopped, and then you started again. So the notion that it just has to be championship events and that that will somehow eliminate the use of these drugs, is naive. Even the kid who gets a handful of steroids under the table in Mexico should be fine, unless he's an idiot."
"Knowledge is half the deal. If you know when you're going to be tested, that kind of defeats the purpose."
Mark Fainaru-Wada, San Francisco Chronicle reporter and co-author of "Game of Shadows"
"The only way to catch people is not just to test them during competition, but to test them between competitions," said Homansky. "And if boxing wants to get serious, then when people apply for a license in a state, or when people sign for a fight -- let's say Oscar [De La Hoya] and Floyd [Mayweather Jr.]; they signed in December for a fight the next May -- the state where the fight is going to be could insist on part of the language in the contract stating that they can be tested at any time."Comment

There are very few sports that have strong testing protocols. Boxing, NBA, and NFL all have lax and easy to get around testing, therefore it's quite prevelant.
Looks at Tim Bradley, that little shrimp is an obvious Steroid or HGH user. If you look at pictures of boxers before steroids were introduced to sports, never has a boxer looked like a body building freak like Timmy, and he claims he is a VEGAN! Which is pure BS, of course. A vegan diets is terrible for building muscles.
Samething with NFL. Sports Illustrated did an article about how NFL players sizes exploded an kept increasing with the introduction and prevelance of steroids.
Tennis is a sport in which the players are testest multiple times a week, EVERY WEEK. You have to tell ATP(tennis fedration), in which city you will be for the whole YEAR! So they can test you. Missing one or two days, can get you banned for the whole year if not longer.
But, there is another problem. That WADA has never caught someone taking HGH, not once. No one in the Olympic has been busted for HGH, not once. Plenty of ppl have been caught with Steroids in their blood, but HGH is virtually impossible to detect through testing.Comment

all these articles point out that NSAC should change their protocol. if the testing sucks, then its their' fault. not the fighters who abide by those rules.
and **** testing if its gonna stop the best fight in this decade from happening.
the only reason pac is "suspected" of using is because he's doing well and he refused testing that no one else has to take.
but go ahead, floyd fluffers. continue posting such articles if it makes you feel betterComment
