Floyd is in no rush to fight Pac, the longer he can study Pac the better as far as Floyd is concerned. He will cherry pick, Floyd is famous for watching his peers beat up on each other than scavaging the leftovers.
Like he waited for SSM, Cotto, Margarito to beat lumps out of each other then only fought SSM to gatecrash the party and take all the credit.
