Anybody know the reason why Floyd needed a 1-2 year vacation from boxing?

After all he just had a 20 month break and came back to fight lightweight Marquez and 38 year old Mosley.

    Neither of them testing fights.

    So why the break Floyd?

I wonder if anyone will have any answers to this one?

Hmmmm, who's been caught in bed with three other boys, one of whom has his leg around some famous boxer's hip?

Hmmmmmm ... Help me out here.

        So which 1 is it.
damn...you're really hard man, but I understand man because I've experienced that denial syndrome before. It's never too late to understand that Floyd is a b!tch man.I know you and his other brainwashed fans like me before can't be changed overnight but I hope someday you all will wake up to your senses like I did and realized that it's not worth defending a fighter like him.

Floyd's requirement should have been: Agree to take the test! since Pac cannot take the test unilaterally without there first being a signed contract between the two.

Pac has already agreed to take the test, which Arum confirms. The next step should be for Floyd to come out of vacation and negotiate the rest of the terms so a contract can be signed.

Floyd know one mistake against Pacquiao and it is all over, lights out. And with Pacquiao speed, footwork and work rate as well as his unorthadox punching angles he know he will get tagged with something big.

Floyd also know Pacquiao can take his best punches and just walk though them.

Floyd knows these things and that why he doesn't want the fight.

Maybe if the IRS come knocking again he loses the court case and loses quite a bit on the NFL games then he will come to the table because the call of $50m buck will be to hard to refuse even if that mean the end of his 0

found this post for *****s, hopefully this knocks some sense into their head

You're not making sense. You are slating Manny for saying to a reporter(more than once) that he will take the test, yet you are praising Floyd for saying to a reporter "take the test".

Why, if Floyd wants to end his vacation and fight Manny have his people not contacted Manny's? Fights dont get made or negotiated by giving interviews with unconnected third parties. I think you are just deliberately choosing not to see this obvious point.

The testing proposal that was incorporated into the contract was suggested FIRST by Team Mayweather which was signed by Floyd.

If Manny had really "agreed" to the testing proposal IN THE CONTRACT he was shown by Bob, Manny would have sent it back signed as confirmation that he really wanted the fight back in 2009.

Instead, Manny and company just made up a slew of excuses to avoid the fight altogther. And they still are.
