So what does that mean? Manny couldn't make Floyd his next opponent after Cotto?

The fact they started negotiations to make the fight is proof Floyd wanted the fight. The history and timeline of the neg's tells you all there is to know.

He could have waited a day later and he could have been in negotiation with Pacquiao.

        But guess what?

He didn't want it then either.
        Action speaks louder than words.

If Floyd wanted to fight Pacquiao, he would have waited at least after the fight.

        Floyd is all talk.

He need to grow a pair.

Floyd was pressured into the fight, he did not take up negotiation it would have been seen as a clear duck.

So he take up negotiation but has a silver bullet, blood test. From the 24/7 Hatton vs Pacquiao, it shows Pacquiao taking a day of training for blood tests and him looking uncomfortable while giving blood. Also Pacquiao's complaint over the late test the day before the fight with Eric Morales which he lost and Pacquiao partly puts down to having his blood taken at that late stage.

No Gayweather doesn't want to fight. If he did he would have already fought him by now. I don't think he's scared I just think he don't want to fight. He would much rather stay on vacation getting tag teamed by 50 and Ellerbie. He might come around because of public pressure and money.

Floyd even wanted Mosley to beat Pacquiao even though that meant he would say goodbye to to $50m, sorry Floyd not $100m

That's a lame excuse that was blasted in 2009. And clearly shows why Manny is refusing to take a random blood test.

FACT: Manny has been cut and bled DURING his fights. Spilled more blood in the ring than what he would be giving up for testing. Never once feinted nor was the fight stopped due to his bleeding.

                      Bull**** Excuse.
