There have been like a million NBA, NFL, MLB, and NHL players share their opinions on Mayweather vs. Pacquiao.

And its just that, their opinion.. Floyd has tarnished Pacs image.. NO DOUBT ABOUT THAT and in honesty when the Boxing Commission who calls the shots for testing demands Pac to take OS style testing and Pac refuses, then a red flag should be raised...

but when Floyd, who has a history of avoiding tough opposition, has been said to be wasting his talent due to lack of touch opposition, also cries out he wants to clean up the sport with NO EFFORT in doing so, demands OS Testing then its safe to say Floyd real intentions were to not fight Pac..

Regardless if he was signed to fight or not.. We dont see Floyd quick to jump on the phone with Arum now that the Shane Oldsley fight is done do we?

Pac agreed to these test back during the Margarito fight.. ON RECORD PROOF IN THE VIDEO..

Why isnt this news relayed back to Floyds camp and why isnt Floyd making it happen since he is his own boss.

Look all BS aside, I do believe Pac has agreed to the test already. At this point im leaning towards Arum holding up the fight cause Arum already has Pacs opponents lined up ex. Clottey, Cotto, Marg, Shane, and now Marquez is in the works. 3 of those 4 fighters are Top Ranks, Shane had to bail from GBP and Marquez will too..

I totally believe Pac has agreed already and Arum is the one not making the fight happen..

Cause if you do the math Cotto, Marg, Clottey, Shane, and now Marquez all together made more money then 1. Pac vs. Floyd fight..
