Nope.... Ive been fair to Vitali. Hes the best fighter out there mostly due to his stature. But it all doesnt mean anything when he refuses to fight the best. So I want to see him get KOd so the belt can go on someone willing to fight.

Not loved in the hood? Vitali and Wlad have made a ton of money on advertising in Germany. They both fight on pure heart. People don't like them cause they are slavic and not American and thats the only reason they getting bashed, its the truth. Most European fighers get bashed on these forums no matter what. okay, his stamina has improved GREATLY, and his chin definately held up under the few punches Peter was able to land flush.
However, if that is Wlads new style, the heavy wt. division can do without it! We already have one boring john ruiz and dont need another. I'm also curious as to how it would have gone if there had been more than 7 sec's left when Wlad went down.
I give him full credit for taking the punches and for getting back up off the canvas and yes, he did pull out a win...but that was the most boring fight I've seen in a long time. Wlad should have been warned for holding and peter should have been warned for hitting behind the head (he only did that when wlad tied him up though)
Wlad looked like a mix between Hopkins and Ruiz...run, hit and hold style does nothing for me.


On a side note, if peter loses around 10-15 lb's and learns to jabb the div. is going to have a new star...this was a loss for him but a winning experience in every other way. He more than proved he has the solid chin to go with the ko punch. all he needs to do now is drop some wt. and improve on technique..thats the easy stuff.
