The reason why Berto shouldn't be on that list is because he isn't & wasn't overrated.Outside of hbo,I haven't really found anyone who ever claimed that he was something special.Pavlik was not overrated at 160.He did beat all available contenders up to & including Jt.I'll admit that after JT he did have a span of bull**** defense's until running into an excellent fighter named Martinez who eradicated him from 160 altogether.
