FLoyd would be blamed because he was known as a ducker even before this Pac fiasco.

Pacs fought everyone so why would he be blamed for anything. If Floyd wants a fight its not hard to fight Pac. Its only hard if you put up barriers to a fight like saying you want 200 million or you want OSDT?
You cant always have what you want!

Pacquiao lives comfortably in the Philippines, English isn't his primary language, he doesn't use social networking sites like Facebook, ******* and Twitter and will never be scoffed and booed by his native people from his homeland for being a coward.......

      .......HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! B!TCHES!!!!

If the fight never takes place people will remember Floyd's initial OST demand (never asked for one before), his antics, his accusations without proof, the racial slurs and for making a mockery out of the sport at the expense of boxing fans especially after claiming it to be an easy fight.
Infact, most professional boxing writers and people with half a brain know already that Floyd has done everything to avoid the fight, including denying negotiations ever taking place at one time when we know what the facts are today.

Behind the scenes, I feel that a lot of boxing writers and commentators are afraid of turning on a 'fellow American' at the moment because Floyd may be America's last image of an elite level fighter therefore he is somewhat protected. And while Floyd has his 0, his claim to be the best is secure. However, should he fight with Pacquiao and lose, he would be exposed and everyone will jump on him, especially if he is beaten badly or KO'd. For Pac, win or lose, the impact to him is minimal coz he's already accomplished way above and beyond but for Floyd, there will be lots of answering to do. Floyd has little to gain and everything to lose - and that's why he ain't risking it. How can one be a fan of that?
And when the time has passed and the story be told, the 'good' will prevail over the 'evil'.

Won't even take 50 years. Floyd is the only boxer who asked for extensive tests to a guy who he refers to as easy fight. I don't hear anyone asking for it or anyone accepting it. There is Pascal, but his fight with Hopkins is still happening. Seems not a big deal for Pascal. Not surprisingly even to Floyd fans.

50 years. F8ck that ****. In 20-25 years, there will be memory mapping in MRI that can scan for the truth. THere is tech now that can scan from MRI and know if you tell the truth. Whoever refuse taking the test will a b1tch.

pac ducked the fight because he asked for a 50 year cutoff date.

I think the only people that actually truly believe Pac is a cheat is PBF, his family, and PBF's 20 fans. Oh and you can probably throw in Teddy Atlas and Tim Smith, so I guess that makes 22.

Why 50 years? In just about a few years Pac and Floyd would be past their primes. If the fight didn't happen before that, then why would normal people blame someone who have fought all his fights with the current tests and they were okay with it? Fights are happening all over the place without the ****** tests. They'll blame Floyd, of course. I don't see my neighbors, circle of friends, relatives, co workers making a big deal out of this ****** test. Do you? They're busy thinking about something else. In the meantime, Floyd can't come out without being hounded by onlookers and inquisitors asking about why he ducked Pac. It seems Floyd has no plans of doing something about it.

Hmm... can't blame a guy who is genuinely scared. You feel pity.
