Pacquiao has already agreed to the test driving Mayweather into retirement. So the test is no longer an issue.
Mayweather would not face Manny if Manny submited to a drug test, a blood test, a aptittude test, an IQ test, a pregnancy test or a sobriety test.
Face it, it comes down to one man not wanting the fight and hopefully Manny continues to move on without him.
I did not vote because I believe even if the public screamed for the fight, Mayweather would not listen. Mayweather is going whats best for himself.
And apparently he feels avoiding Pacquiao is the safest move.
