You know Manny doesn't spar with ANYONE. I think he spars with 2-5 people max per training camp. That person would've been easy to find by now.

There is no Filipino sparring partner during the time span mentioned which is for Oscar and Cotto. No Pinoy boxer is big enough to simulate welterweights.
