Hopkins is a true advocate of health and nutrition.

the guy is like a machine because he trains himself like one.

perfect nutrition, perfect rest and recovery, perfect exercise physically

    and mentally.

the guy is like clockwork and this is why he is able to compete at such an

elite level at such an advanced age.

you MUST respect this man for his dedication

Every time I think this excon had topped his lowest, He shows me He can go lower. IMO I have to agree with Pascal when He suspects the dirty old fighter is juicing and the fact that he is bigger faster and stronger is debatable, but the volume and rate are undeniable when He's raise it to 700% now almost at his 50s you have to ask yourself How?
He has insulted all the races including his own and has insulted all the cultures he has been able too.
I hope to see him fall hard; Evil has to die.

that was actually a 'catch-weight' fight.... hopkins had to come-in at a contracted 156lbs... the lowest of his career and still managed to stop delahoya who had controversially got the nod against felix sturm.

Hopkins is a beast, managing to go as low as 156, to as high as the 170's against Tarver(Weight 182 pounds on fight night) which i think was his walking weight anyhow. He's got excellent conditioning for his age. Glen Johnson too!
