In the end if Floyd truly believes Manny is on PEDs then the fight wont happen regardless, and he knows this. So if Manny doesnt take the test, fight aint happening, if manny does take the test and he "should" be caught according to Floyd, then fight aint happening anyways.

So in Floyds mind, fight will never happen.

The test is not to catch but to prevent.
The current test (NSAC) only gives a urine test, it's given the day before the fight. This allows a person to use PEDs in training camp, until the cycle down period.
If you cycle down properly you won't get caught with NSAC testing.

But with USADA it's different, they can pop up at any time during training and test you. This leaves a person who plans to cheat at a disadvantage cause they never know when the testers are comnig.

So do you think Manny is dumb enough to try to cheat (If in fact he is using)with the threat of USADA at any moment?
