Simple answer to your question...where is the precedence for a random blood test. If you don't have it, then why should Pac take the test. And why hasn't it caught on in the boxing world, so that more boxers would want to have a blood test? Wouldn't you think that if more boxers (both professional and amateur) want to have a blood test they would be making noise so that all of the commisions will change their minds and institute a OSDT type of blood test? But have you heard of anything like that, boxers clammering for the change? NO! B/c it's only important to one boxer Fraud May-never and his mindless followers like yourself...both Fraud and his mindless minions only way to make themselves feel important. Has Fraud try to ask for OSDT testing for his boxers that he's promoting? NO! How about Jeff Mayweather, Roger Mayweather or even Fraud Sr. making their fighters and their opponents take a OSDT type of testing? NO!!!!! WOW!!! If Mayflower really wanted to duck Pacquiao he would never have accepted 50/50, because Manny could have simply called his bluff and taken the test.

Anybody who thinks that the OST request was a duck, is being ridiculous..... especially if those same people do not question why Pacquiao refused.
