True, they also have a Mayweather bias, but it is odd that Team Pacquiao makes so many excuses why they don't want to take a ****** random blood test.
First it's 30 days, then 26, then 14, then 7, and the last offer was 5. Just fucking agree to do it until the fight. Most probably USADA may not even test a week before the fight.
I agree with you, but doesnt take away from the fact that theres some shady reporting going on here.
