I dont think Pac honestly knows if he is or aint on steroids or if he has or hasnt used in the past. Why? Cause he never gives an intelligent answer or responds with confidence when asked about Roids. Any interview he's ever done he goes into "dumb" mode like he cant understand or speak English. A congressmsn shouldn't struggle that much with drug talk.
