"Take the tests and the fight's a done deal"

They also say

"Legal cases don't matter. He can fight now. The only person using legal cases as an excuse is Arum."

They will be releasing a new video on their site today where Floyd Mayweather will show his boxing outfit for the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight.

RANDOM means RANDOM, no cut off dates no dates are to be known. Manny may have agreed to drug testing, but he didnt agree to FULL random blood testing. HE wanted cut off dates and wanted to know when the tests were gonna take place. Floyd is a smart guy and is not gonna risk his legacy for a person who isnt willing to take FULL RANDOM DRUG TEST.

Nothing new here. Every outlet has been trying to advance the fight by reporting one side's willingness or the other side's concession to demands.

The bottom line is that if the two parties are not sitting down to negotiate nothing will come of any articles, tweets or youtube videos (not that sitting for negotiations will result in a fight as we've already seen).
