    After watching Chris Arreola's last sparring session...

    I take out 4 things....

    - Hes throwing more cleaner combinations

    - Hes working off his jab more

    - Hes in the best shape yet



    I think I can actually root for this guy now that his work ethic has matched his passion and potential.....

      Is there a video of it somewhere?

      I've always liked Arreola, but never bothered to defend him. And I didn't really mind too much when he lost to Adamek and Vitali.

      For a HW who relies on his punching power he should still have a few prime years left. I want to see him fight the winner of Wlad/Haye sometime in the future.
