I dont get it, it says there that they caught him through regular testing, but Floyd fans say the only way to bust someone is with OST.

If boxers are getting caught on a single test they know about months in advance, that means the # of boxers juicing is scary.

It says nothing about regular testing, but it does say a second test, maybe second means the element of surprise
