Don't be ridiculous. Its been shown that most of the time severe damage or death (incredibly rare as is) doesn't really happen from 1 punch KO's but from repeated hits that hurt the opponent but not enough to put him out. Wlad won't have to hit with Haye with many power shots to stop him and vice versa as well. Extremely unlikely that a tragedy occurs.
