Are you dumb? Floyd has NEVER failed to make 147 which the fight was scheduled to be at. Marquez wanted to fight Floyd so Floyd gave him a catch weight and he obviously had problems since he's a legit WW. Again Floyd has NEVER failed to make 147 so that's not an issue at all.
