The first time Haye lands clean on Wlad is going to be a big shock to some of you. I have to question if many of you have seen both fighters at length. I am telling you right now that Haye at some point in this fight will land clean and hard and when he does wlad will go, or if he rides the shot a little he will wobble and then go. The only thing that will stop that from happening is if Wlad lands first, all in all I see a short fight.
But my pick is Haye and it is simply because almost everytime I have seen wlad get hit clean he reacts worse than any other elite fighter that I can think of today or in the past. When Amir Khan fought marcos maidana I knew that to win the fight he would have to be able to absorb clean punches, you do not fight fighters of that calibre and not get 'wet' (as khan eluded to in his interview), but the one thing that maidana lacked was speed, he was only gonna catch can when he was moving forward and that made him quite predictable and khan could tense up and absorb the shots as he could see most of them coming, the fighter that beats Khan will be a guy that has knockout power combined with speed.
The problem Wlad has is that Haye can nail you in a variety of ways and make no mistake Wlad will get nailed at some point, unless of course he strikes early, which by the way is a good possibility. I do not come to this conclusion lightly, I understand the strengths of both fighters, Wlad will control the fight while it lasts, but 'while it lasts' being the operative phrase here. David Haye is all wrong for him, he is fast, unpredictable, comes in at unconventional angles, he swings which is generally considered a bad trait but for a fighter like Klitschko that is bad news, and he hits like a hammer.
