Goossen said today in an interview on the boxing talk website that Chambers will fight the winner of Thompson-Harris which will be televised by ESPN on May 27.

DG: Well, Eddie is anxiously awaiting the show that we’re promoting on May 27th. Two reasons… One is that his brother Steve Chambers challenges Josesito Lopez. That’s in Reno, Nevada on ESPN. But for the opening bout, Tony Thompson takes on Maurice Harris in an IBF elimination bout for the #2 rating in the IBF in the heavyweight division. And the winner of Thompson-Harris goes on to fight Eddie Chambers for the right to fight for the heavyweight championship.
