I guess as a fan, the ideal situation is a decision win by Wlad in which we learn that Peter is a determined, steel chinned contender that needs to improve a bit more before he can hope to be champion.

This way Wlad restores some of his luster by defeating Sam, and both guy can still go on to other big fights. A knockout defeat, especially in the early rounds, would be extremely damaging to either man's career (obviously).

Unfortunately for Wlad, I think that's what is going to happen. I hope I'm wrong and the fight at least goes into the later rounds.

I think it depends on a few different issues. How well can peter take a good, solid punch? If he can take one I see him winning as soon as he lands big. Will Wlad get that jab in his face and ko him before he has a chance to land?? It's really a toss up for me, but if Peter can take Wlads punch I think Peter will ko him in less than 5.
