    Richard Schaefer: Marquez vs Ortiz At 144

    The LA TIMES is reporting that Schaefer will match the 5million offer and HBO will get on board to stage Marquez vs Ortiz in SEPT.

      lol this is a smart move by golden boy!!!!!... he wants a fight at 144lbs, throw him at ortiz so he could eat his ass up...

      in return marquez retires and ortiz gets even biggers, ****s chess not checkers

          I just mentioned this would be a good idea in another thread. JMM is at the end of his career, match the offer and feed him to Ortiz and you take away one of Pac's options too. Great move by GBP if true.

                              This is great news. I could careless about at fight of Manny and JMM at 145/147. I would rather see a Manny vs Bradley or Judah fight instead.
