Ariza at the corner in round 5: Damn it's tight...

regarding pac's leg. Buboy instructs ariza to massage pac's leg. 7:13 mark of the vid.

Not good. Pac showing signs of wear and tear. I say one more fight and retire.

If Mosley had a stiff popping jab, among a whole lot of other things, things would've looked a lot better for him.

He performed like a true amateur.

pshhh ur tripping, cramps r hardly a sign of wear and tear. U think Pac is going to decapitate Marquez in 4 rounds and then retire? Never, we're lucky Pac has a passion for fighting. It is going to suck when he retires, who else is a throwback like him? Who else cares about the fans like him?

they said this was his best camp ever. Roach aint no fool. He wont let Pac slip without letting the world & pac know. He was the same Pac in camp. In the ring it couldve been alot of things. Ariza was saying weeks ago that he was worried about overtraining or Pac peaking too early. the accident also may have had some effect. Then I think Pac also wasnt that motivated to fight such a fading nice guy

Too early to retire yet, he can still fight marquez 10 more times and lure pernell whitaker out of retirement so he can be considered a GOAT.

In the post-fight interview, the Showtime crew mentioned how his corner asked Manny if his shoe straps were too tight. I thought it was odd how he kept lifting his left leg in the fight.

But nonetheless, no excuses from me. He had rounds 10-12 to finish the job, but failed. Just a terrible performance.

edit: It's not wear and tear. He was better by the 9th/10th round. I would believe the stiffened leg issue.

That could be the case.. Team Pac were preaching how focused Pac was in train and how he looked like a monster.. Possibly overtrained for the media..
