pacroid is too good for jmm,bradley or judah,, he needs to fight Ortiz,Martinez or Angulo, or even Canelo ,or Mayweather somebody that brings an equal measure of danger. The ship has totally sailed on a jmm fight, that shoulda happened 3 yrs ago, now as much as I like JMM and think he won both previous fights with Pac , this bout at this juncture is just pac vs mosley 2. Its a continuation of the last 6 fights. in other words more garbage ,even though jmm will go out on his shield. Im not buying another pac fight until he fights somebody thats a true true threat jmm isnt that anymore.

People forget that it was only documented on national TV that Pac has to eat like crazy just to get to 140. trust me he isn't gonna be drained in anyway shape or form. Anyone who sayd otherwise is just strait ignorent!

How about Marquez vs Victor Ortiz. That seems about the only way Golden Boy can match the offer, and if Ortiz wins they can send Marquez off with a big F U.

Im excited for this fight pac is the obvious favorite but if their is anyone that is Kryptonite to Pac it Marquez. This will be a much better scrap than pac's last two fights thats for sure.

I agree. Everyone knew Mosely was past his prime, but Marquez, although maybe not in the middle of his prime, is still lookn very good other than the Mayweather fight (who couldnt even come in at the agreed upon weight of 144 - as this fight is agreed to). Although I wouldve liked to see the weight a little lower, b/c 144 for Pac is nothing - he usually weighs in at 144-145 - but, styles make fights, and Marquez style will always give Pac trouble.
Although I think Pac will win a little more decisively, I definitely dont agree with those that say he'll walk over Marquez b/c the fights at a higher weight.
Marquez would be smart to get Mackie Shilstone to add that 8-9 lbs of muscle. He helped Hopkins movin up to 175, and Jones and Spinks' moves the heavy; otherwise, Marquez should not gain the weight just to gain it. either hire Shilstone, or come in at 138-139, and give up the 5 lb weight advantage- better to do that then lose speed, and give Pac an even bigger advantage with speed

Thats not a bad idea, cuz Ortiz can obvioculy make 144, as he was just at 140 a few months ago. But, That being said, 5 mil purse would be a big risk, b/c I dont think Marquez-Ortiz could generate that kind of revenue on PPV. Plus, if MArquez wins, theres no way they could pay him 10 mil for the rematch

This fight is closer than people think. Manny has not shown the same speed at 145. I think
Manny needs to come in around the 142 to 140 lb range.
