Wrong bro. Those networks created them part in parcel of all their hard work. If HBO didn't market them they would be just like you and me. It took a special circumstance for those things to come into fruition but if HBO or SHOWTIME didn't see it they would be some joe you would never take a second look a on the street. They created the stage they somehow need to get them to preform.

      wifebeater will never fight pac.
So what your saying is if HBO got mayweather to a one fight contract so that it stipulated he had to fight manny after that or be sued, that would be a good way to make sure the fight would go down. Do you think the same would go with manny or would Arum stand in the way? Do you think Arum is against Mayweather fighting manny considering he has signed with Golden boy? Is Mayweather signed to golden boy?

        HBO and Showtime coming together....LOL

The problem isn't Showtime and HBO, the problem is the promoters and their unwillingness to get along and make a deal.

Don't be fooled into anything other than the truth, if Mayweather and Pac really wanted this fight tomorrow, it would be made.

What are you talking about... Top Rank, Golden Boy, Don King, and other promoters have put on plenty of successful independent PPV shows... Also cutting out Showtime or HBO leaves a percentage to be kept instead of split.

I'd love to see them team up and then dissolve their boxing divisions. It'd be the best thing to happen to the sport. Purses tumble, promoters have to sell tickets, boxing becomes affordable to basic cable and terrestial tv, therefore boxing becomes popular to the mainstream public.

Not gonna happen but I can dream...
