I haven't started a thread on here in months (maybe even a year) because you have turned me off boxing. Most of my friends are MMA fans and they laugh at the fact that two top ranked fighters of a similar weight can decide not to fight each other.

I don't care what you say about your fighting motivations ($) or about your newly found cause to rid boxing of steroids, you owe it to the fans. The people who have supported you through thick and thin the people who went to see your fights before you became a superstar. The people who made you.

And the most frustrating thing about this whole fiasco is that you beat Pacquiao EASY. He is tailor made for you. Just fight him, beat him then retire, go make money in other ways, spend time with your family, do whatever you want. Just fight him.

    Kind regards.

    A fan.

        Dear Mickey,

I really appreciate your heart felt letter. It touched me my friend.
As for me fighting Pacquaio, I just can't.
I have a flight booked to brazil and after that I will be in san dro pe France.

I just got back from the lady gaga concert and it changed my life.
No longer will I hide from the truth. As soon as I get back from my vacation, I will announce to the world that I am Gay.

I have a question for you my #1 gay fan.
Why do you want me to risk my life against a beast like Pacquaio?
He is too strong and powerful for me to handle. His speed is unreal and I know I can't beat him.

I'm sorry Mickey but I'm a fraud and have been for a long time.
I just can't see myself losing in front of the world. They would laugh at me.
I'm too sensitive to take a loss.

As I write this, I'm crying right now.
It hurts Mickey it really hurts.
Walking around with my tail tucked in between my legs is not fun.
Please forgive me for being a coward and I hope you understand.

        Yours truly,
        Floyd Mayweather Jr.....

          Dear Gambler,

I repeat you are the exact reason athletes should not give a shit about fans, shit is pathetic how much you care about what another man does and put them on pedestals.

All I ask for is entertainment and that I see them playing to win in their field.

                  Dear Gambler,

as boxing fans, all we pay for is entertainment. We just asked Floyd to entertain in the last 6 years in the welterweight division. We asked him to fight Margarito, Cotto, Williams, and Pacquiao. Granted, he did fight Mosley, but he was 38.

Instead, we got to see Floyd fight a junior welterweight who never looked good and in most peoples eyes, got beat by Collazo. We got to see Floyd fight a guy who had 9 losses. We even got to see Floyd fight a guy who had just lost his previous fight, against that guy with 9 losses. We even got to see Floyd fight a 2 fight lightweight, at welterweight.

As boxing fans, we have been severely disappointed. Not in Floyds skills, but for his refusal to make exciting matchups.

                  Thanks for your time,

Boxing fans who like to see great fighters make great fights.

P.s. Floyd against those guys we boxing fans wanted to see, would have been very entertaining because they were the same size or bigger, and had styles to counter what Floyd offered. We just wanted to see Floyd be great at welterweight instead of just talk about it.

Sorry you missed the boat~ I don't feel sorry for people late to the party.

All I still see from you is excuses about why nothing is good enough, pathetic that over the years your still singing this sad song.

Let me get my violin that only plays sad songs~
