I swear to god some of these dudes are so ******. Marquez can come in at around 141 or some **** to not sacrifice any speed and he'd be fine. He made a mistake of actually trying to bulk up against Floyd.

Pac's basically been doing that coming in at whatever best weight he has to keep all his attributes.

Pac came in 6lbs below the agreed weight against Margarito.
@145, JMM can come in at 139 and keep his attributes from lightweight.

Come on man. Pac weighs in around 148 fight night. Like I said if Marquez is smart he comes in at his best weight around 144. What's the big deal? Pac's been fighting dudes on average 10 pounds heavier than him and he gets criticized, now you still gonna criticize him for being what 4 pounds heavier this time than his opponent? Not to mention some mother****ers actually want him to fight the MW champ?

AND most Manny fans here think people are discrediting JMM's chances against Manny above 140 and that this could be a good fight regardless of the weight couldn't we deduce

THEN that Mayweather is indeed the better fighter simply because you all saw how much he owned JMM yet to hear Manny's fans an older slower JMM has a shot at being competitive?

JMM looked horrible because he fought out of his element. He is supposedly a counter puncher but he tried to force the action because Floyd doesnt want to.

In Pac's case, JMM will resort to his counter punching because Pac will initiate the action. "STYLES make FIGHTS"

This fight was propose after the Marquez defeated Katsidis. Posters here were crying why JMM was bypas over Mosley. And now all of a sudden he is no longer a viable candidate just because there is a possibility of a fight realistically happening..

Arum and his team are a shrewd bunch; the 145 pound catchweight wasn't to compromise with JMM or to make the fight appear a little fairer... it was so GBP aren't able to match it.

GBP could have only matched it with a Canelo fight and the kid might barely be able to get to 147, so they won't even try to pretend to get him to 145.

Each fight would be intriguing, but I still want to see Pacquiao-Marquez III. Marquez is Pacquiao's Ken Norton.
