Beating his wife, poking security gaurds, and choking bouncers. Dude knows only way he can avoid Pac is going to jail or saying he has legal troubles. Dude is buying time so he can fight 37 year old Pacman. 41-0 baby!

i don't think floyd does those things to avoid pac.
