I don't CARE about his financial situation... I just SEE why he would decide to wait for that type of high profile fight.
I'd like to think you would too.

The fact of the matter is, there isn't a fighter on the planet that would turn down a shot at Pacquiao, if given the opportunity.
A shot at the best fighter in the world takes precedence over the #2 fighter in the division.
THese are basics, Dirk... I'd like to think you would know this.

First off, I have not seen anywhere where Bradley has said he "does not want to fight Khan EVER". Khan wants it right now, and that's fine but just take a second and look at it from Bradleys perspective.
Not only is he getting ready to change promotional companies (which in itself is a big deal), he has 1 more fight under Gary Shaw I believe. And in that 1 more fight he has a GUARANTEE of 1.2 million for his next fight for fighting whoever. If he takes the Khan fight RIGHT NOW, a fight that could guarantee that money for him at any time - he loses the opportunity for another guaranteed 1.2 million. For instance: If he uses this next fight as his guaranteed fight with HBO, then his next fight is what?? If he takes his guaranteed 1.2 mil fight guarantee against another opponent besides Khan (RIGHT NOW), not only does he make his 1.2 mil., then he has the opportunity NEXT to make ANOTHER 1.3 or so million fighting Khan. Would you give up the chance for an ADDITIONAL 1+ million dollars to fight in a game where there are very few guarantees?
Tim Bradley is in limbo. He's never said he doesn't EVER want to fight Khan. If the shoe were on the other foot, you better believe Khan would be doing the same thing. But he doesn't have to because he already has a 1 million+ guarantee from his promoters. Bradley doesn't.

Of course Khan is dangerous.. I see it as a 50-50 fight.
What fighter would take that risk, if given the opportunity to fight Pacquiao?
Almost every fighter in boxing would either take a tune up fight to prepare for Pacquiao, or just wait.
If Bradley decided not to fight Khan and instead fight Zab Judah, I would fully agree with you, it's a duck job.
But if he's given an opportunity to fight a higher profile, more dangerous fight, for more money... how can you possibly knock that?
