Manny agreed to OSDT, listen to him at the 2:15 mark, this interview was done before the Margarito fight, and Koncs is just a waterboy don't listen to anything that he says...

The first answer was preceded by this question:

Beats, Boxing & Mayhem: "Now, you’re willing to compromise on the blood testing. You weren’t as flexible earlier this year and walked away to take another fight. Do you regret not compromising during the first negotiations and fighting Joshua Clottey?"

      His answer was "NO" ???

He agreed to testing but he hasn't been willing to take the tests.

That seems to be the case.
Floyd and all of the Mayweather clan was always very critical on Manny throwing racist remarks and calling him a hypejob one dimensional little asian midget that Floyd will break no sweat in whooping his arse out!!! If Floyd wants to prove a point... THEN WHY NOT PROVE HIS POINT ON THE RING!!!!

BOTH sides said testing NOT an issue!!! Get it? Got it? GOOD!
Amidst all the Sturm und Drang of the on then off, on then off Floyd Mayweather-Manny Pacquiao super fight negotiations, the most contentious issue on the table, under the table and behind the table has been a consistent one.

Because Manny won't sign on the dotted line and get in the ring with him.

Once Manny takes those tests it'll be showtime.

And to the one that said Manny doesn't know how to cut the ring, Manny was able to cut the ring when Cotto rode his bike half-end of the match, there is truth in the leg cramp for Ariza were massaging Manny's left leg every break time.....

You do know that Manny ducked the fight and fought Clottey dont you , you do know that Floyd was willing to fight and agreed to all Mannys demands , you do acknowledge that happened dont you ?

You do know that Manny ducked Mosley also until he looked like crap and was going to KO him seeing as Manny was in the best shape of his career , you acknowledge that dont you ?

One thing that has come out of this Mosley fight , is the entire world seen how Manny looked like a frustrated dont know what to do amateur , thats why all his fans and trainers are scrambling for excuses .

The both on PEDs , they both had sore feet , they both good friends , what the hell it was an even fight why all the excuses Manny just cant handle speed .

RichFart, That was back in September 2010.

We're in 2011 and the drug testing is apparently STILL an issue or the fight would have already taken place.

Tell your boy Manny to Manny up.

be real, pacquiao was frustrated with the way Mosley fought, Pac didn't have any problems hitting Cotto when Cotto was on his bike
Actually, Pac did. That's why he couldn't finish him till the 12th. Cotto had been on his bike since the 6th. Look, it's hard to fight someone who isn't even boxing. If all they do is lunge straight backwards and run, you're probably not going to hit them because striding backward is MUCH EASIER than striding forward while trying to maintain a boxing stance. It's just like the Pavlik-Lopez fight on the under-card. Lopez didn't want to engage on any action unless it was on his terms; otherwise it was constant holding and backpedaling.
