no....pacquaio landed the more accurate power punches...and mosely ran like hell vs pac.....shane didnt win a single round with pac...he did win 2 rounds with floyd....it's not a hard puzzle to solve..

No, it just shows he's way more efficient. He can do more with less. Manny did landed a better percentage of power punching though, but overall(Total Jabs and Power punches percentage lands), Floyd is way more efficient than Manny. Manny is a better offensive Boxer than Floyd because of his total output, but he isn't more efficient than Floyd.
