those cramps are becoming regular even in the gym...

I heard a specially design shoe might help. A regiment of stretching exercises before any strenuous leg activities can relieve tightness. This kind of stretching exercises are common with marathon runners. They also regularly massage the leg muscles to loosen them up.

I almost threw my drink at the TV I was so mad at Mosley for his hugging and glove touching and for Pac to reciprocate. I'm glad Freddie caught that and it should be a lesson learnt for Pacquiao not to do that again.
And, saying Shane Mosley was a disappointments is a huge understatement.

Manny should have gave ricky hatton the respect, look at what he did to our hero, made him go into rehab and do coke.

I dont think manny wants to kill anyone anymore..

I don't buy that leg cramp ****, in the last few rounds of the Cotto fight he was missing with wild punches and couldn't pin him down. Mosley stayed off the ropes and Pac couldn't deal with his movement and close him down, it's just that simple.

disagree....IMO Mosely ran for his life pretty much after the knockdown in the 3rd.

Mosley used movement and Pacquiao missed with wild punches trying to get to him countless times, a younger Mosley would have countered him all night long.

after that third round mosley just looked like he wanted the pay check - he made no effort to win - as for manny yeah **** all this glove touching **** ... first time in 12 or 13 fights that manny clearly looked like he has disimproved fight on fight - he looked good in the 10th, 11th,12th when he finally started to up the pace but certainly didn't have the old manny killer instinct before then

And I think Shane was trying to play mind games. After getting hit harder than you've ever been in your entire career and that includes against USS Cunninham than you would be trying to touch gloves ever chance you got as well.
