Marquez can definately make that weight comfortably.

He PROVED it with the weight of the balls he had to fight Floyd while Manny at the same weight STILL hasn't fought Floyd or ANY rea lchallenge and continues to provide fixed "entertainment" for his stans.

Marquez fought Floyd and is calling out Manny at a higher weight he's ineffective at. That shows the BALLS Manny never had. (As long as the 'fight' is completely rigged by the Bobfather in his favor for "entertainment" purposes only..)
